[摘要] Irvine-Gass综合征是引起白内障术后视力下降、视物变形的最主要并发症，是白内障术后最不具有预测性的并发症之一，目前对其病因和治疗尚未达成统一的认识。谢立科主任对中西医结合治疗眼底病有丰富的临床经验，提出以健脾利湿为主，祛风清热、明目通络为辅治疗本病，取得较好疗效。本文将从发病部位、发病原因、临床表现、预防调护、典型病例等方面对其经验加以总结。
