[摘要] 甲状腺滤泡癌早期易发生血道转移，常见转移部位是骨和肺，发生气管及纵隔转移临床并不多见。本文报道1例甲状腺滤泡癌术后4年发生气管及纵隔转移的49岁男性患者，结合文献，分析该疾病临床特征、诊断与鉴别诊断、治疗方法及预后。
