电针治疗对非典型抗精神病药物引起代谢综合征患者代谢状态的影响(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探討电针治疗对非典型抗精神病药物引起代谢综合征患者代谢状态的影响。 方法 选取2016年1月~2017年12月江苏省徐州市东方人民医院92例非典型抗精神病药物引起代谢综合征患者为研究对象,根据信封法随机分为研究组(n = 46)和对照组(n = 46)。在非典型抗精神病药物治疗的基础上,两组均进行饮食控制和运动干预,此外,研究组进行电针治疗,30 min/次,1次/d,连续治疗5 d后间隔2 d再继续治疗,以1个月为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。检测比较两组治疗前后的血糖、血脂、血压、肝肾功能、体重指数、腰围等代谢指标变化,并在治疗中通过副反应量表(TESS)评价比较两组治疗副作用。 结果 研究组治疗后血糖、血脂、血压、体重指数、腰围等指标均较治疗前改善,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);与对照组比较,研究组治疗后血糖、血脂、血压、体重指数、腰围等指标均改善,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);两组治疗前后肝肾功能比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。两组TESS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。 结论 饮食控制和运动干预的基础上采用电针治疗可有效改善非典型抗精神病药物引起代谢综合征患者的代谢状态,其安全性良好,值得临床试用。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of electroacupuncture on metabolic state of patients with metabolic syndrome caused by atypical antipsychotics agents. Methods Ninety-two patients with metabolic syndrome caused by atypical antipsychotics agents in Xuzhou Oriental People′s Hospital in Jiangsu Province from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as research subjects. They were randomly divided into study group (n = 46) and control group (n = 46) according to envelope method. On the basis of atypical antipsychotic agents, both groups were treated with diet control and exercise intervention. In addition, the study group was treated with electroacupuncture, 30 minutes each time, once a day, every 5 d treatment was followed by 2 d interval, 1 month was as a course, total for 3 courses. The changes of blood glucose, blood lipids, blood pressure, liver and kidney function, body mass index and waist circumference before and after treatment were detected and compared between the two groups. During treatment, the side effect of the two groups was compared by the treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS). Results Compared with before treatment, blood glucose, blood lipids, blood pressure, body mass index, waist circumference and other indicators were improved after treatment in the study group (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, blood glucose, blood lipid, blood pressure, body mass index, waist circumference and other indicators were improved in the study group after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in liver and kidney function between the two groups before and after treatment (P > 0.05). There was no significant difference in TESS score between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion On the basis of diet control and exercise intervention, electroacupuncture can effectively improve the metabolic state of patients with metabolic syndrome caused by atypical antipsychotics agents.
