[摘要] 本研究旨在探索明确不良事件的属性、不良事件及相关概念的内涵、外延及相互关系，以期为不良事件管理实践提供理论参考。通过文献综述、专家访谈及德尔菲法系统梳理了不良事件及相关概念的界定，明确了不良事件的属性，论述了不良反应与不良事件间的区别与联系，同时对不良事件及相关概念间的逻辑关系采用结构图的形式予以呈现，丰富完善了不良事件的基本理论。
