[摘要] 《诸病源候论》是我国第一部病因病机理论专著。本文拟以《诸病源候论》中的肾为切入点，综合分析并论述其中与肾相关的生理、病因病机、治则治法等内容，且对肾的症状病机及证候病机作了详尽的刻画，旨在探究肾藏象病機理论的学术内涵及其发展源流，从而为肾藏象理论的文献研究及临床实践提供参考。
