[摘要] 本文根据传统保健体育的特点，探索中医四时养生理论在传统保健体育教学中的运用，提出中医四时理论对传统保健体育教学的重要性，为教学提出新思路、新方法，发挥中医药院校教学特色，培养学生的中医思维、提高中医理论应用能力，引领中医药院校传统保健体育课程发展。
