银杏达莫联合醒脑静对外伤性脑出血患者疗效及神经功能恢复的影响(1)
[摘要] 目的 探討银杏达莫联合醒脑静治疗外伤性脑出血患者效果及其对神经功能恢复的影响。 方法 选取2017年1月~2018年5月河北省沧州中西医结合医院收治的80例外伤性脑出血患者,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组(n = 40)和研究组(n = 40)。对照组患者给予醒脑静治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合银杏达莫治疗,两组均治疗14 d。比较两组患者治疗后临床效果,比较两组治疗前后神经生长因子(NGF)、人脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)以及神经肽Y(NPY)水平,神经功能缺损评分量表(NIHSS)、格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)评分情况。同时观察两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生情况。 结果 研究组患者治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组(P < 0.05)。两组患者治疗后NGF水平、BDNF水平、GCS评分均较治疗前升高,且研究组高于对照组(P < 0.05或P < 0.01),两组患者治疗后NPY水平、NIHSS评分均较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P < 0.05或P < 0.01)。两组患者治疗期间均未出现严重的不良反应。结论 银杏达莫联合醒脑静治疗外伤性脑出血,疗效确切,可显著改善患者神经功能,安全性佳,具有一定的临床应用价值。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the efficacy of Ginkgo dipyridamole combined with Xingnaojing in patients with traumatic intracranial hemorrhage and its effect on neurological function recovery. Methods Eighty patients with traumatic cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the Cangzhou Hospital of integrated TCM-WM·Hebei from January 2017 to May 2018 were divided into control group (n = 40) and study group (n = 40) according to the random number table method. The patients in the control group were treated with Xingnaojing, and the patients in the study group were treated with Ginkgo dipyridamole on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 14 days. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. The levels of nerve growth factor (NGF), human brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), neuropeptide Y (NPY), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) scores were compared before and after treatment. At the same time, the adverse reactions of the two groups were observed during the treatment. Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The levels of NGF, BDNF and GCS score in the two groups were higher than those in the control group before treatment, and the study group was higher than the control group (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). The NPY level and NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the study group was lower than the control group (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). There were no serious adverse reactions during the treatment period in both groups. Conclusion Ginkgo dipyridamole combined with Xingnaojing has definite curative effect on traumatic cerebral hemorrhage.
