[摘要] 对氧磷酶-1(PON1)是一种高密度脂蛋白相关的酯酶，在人类血清中PON1发挥着重要生理作用，其表达和活性主要受PON1基因单核苷酸多态性的影响，单核苷酸多态性与疾病的关系在个体或人群之间关联不一致，疾病的发生是遗传和理化因素共同作用的结果，PON1与多种疾病的相关性及机制仍不完全清楚，本文旨在探讨PON1与冠心病、糖尿病、脑卒中和肿瘤等疾病的关系及可能的发病机制，为探索相关疾病治疗手段及预防研究提供新的思路。
