[摘要] 中医药凝聚着中华民族几千年的养生理念及实践经验，对维护人民群众的健康发挥着重要作用，是我国独具特色的健康资源。我国对中医药地理标志产品保护的研究时间短、成果少，需要对地理标志权与中医药融合做进一步的研究。本文在中医药地理标志产品发展的基础上进行分析，找出当前我国中医药地理标志产品保护中存在的问题和不足，并提出相应的建议和对策。
