[摘要] 近年来以早发精神分裂症为研究样本，探讨精神分裂症发病的病理机制是目前的研究热点。神经影像学因其无创、直观等优点已成为早发精神分裂症研究的重要技术。本文概述了早发精神分裂症的结构性神经影像和功能性神经影像学的相关研究进展，通过多种脑影像学数据分析方法发现了早发精神分裂症患者脑部某些区域的改變，探讨与该疾病可能的关联。
