[摘要] 糖尿病肾病是糖尿病最常见的微血管并发症之一。随着病程的进展，加重了营养物质维生素D的丢失，同时对维生素D的羟化不足，共同导致骨质疏松的发生，属于中医肾主骨生髓理论。维生素D是一种类固醇激素，其缺乏不仅导致骨质疏松，而且参与糖尿病肾病发生、发展。骨质疏松给家庭、社会带来重担，引起越来越多人的重视。
