祝由疗法改善睡眠的古今研究(1)
[摘要] “祝由”的记载最早起源于《内经》，是对患者祝说病之缘由，或配合符咒禁禳之术，使患者消除焦虑抑郁的情绪，以此能够治疗与情志相关或因明显精神因素所致的疾病。本文在通过查阅古今文献、医案的基础上，详细分析了“祝由”的起源及衍生含义，其能够治疗疾病的原理为情志相胜、移情易性、扶正辟邪、暗示解惑、借其他方法治疗疾病而假托“祝由”之名几方面，并可通过调节心态、安魂定志、解梦释疑等途径来改善睡眠，与气功及催眠之术有互通之处。由此可见，合理运用祝由之法可以有效改善睡眠，值得进一步研究。

The ancient and modern research of improving sleep by Zhuyou therapy

[Abstract] “Zhuyou” originated from Neijing， which is to say the cause of illness to patients， or cooperate with the technique of incantation and forbidding evil， so as to eliminate the anxiety and depression of patients， so as to treat diseases related to emotion or caused by obvious mental factors. On the basis of consulting the papers and medical records， the origins and derived meaning of “Zhuyou” are analyzed. The principle of treating diseases is emotion-restricting， empathize， eliminating pathogen and strengthening vital qi， suggestion and solving puzzles， making use of other methods to treat diseases and pretending the name of Zhuyou. Zhuyou can improve sleeping quality through adjusting the state of mind， tranquilizing the mind， clearing up the nightmare and hypnotize the patients. So rational use of Zhuyou method can improve sleep quality effectively and it is worth further study.

“祝由”一詞起源于《内经》，指通过对患者祝说病之缘由，或配合符咒禁禳之术，使患者消除、疏泄焦虑抑郁的情绪，消除心身疾苦，属于中医学最早的心理疗法[1]。
在当今社会，过重的心理压力不但影响睡眠，长期的睡眠障碍亦会导致心理健康受损。在医学模式由生物-医学模式向生物-心理-社会-环境-医学模式转变的今天，对于睡眠问题，我们应该在以中医理论为指导的前提下，利用中医睡眠养生中科学的睡眠模式，从行为、心理方面对睡眠生理及各种影响因素进行全面研究，以达到建立科学睡眠理论、挖掘睡眠潜力，甚至通过睡眠治疗各种疾病的目的。
本研究将对“祝由”的起源、其治疗疾病的原理、在改善睡眠过程中所起到的作用，以及现代应用情况进行分析。
1 “祝由”的起源
“祝由”一词始见于《素问·移精变气论》：“余闻古之治病，惟其移精变气，可祝由而已……毒药不能治其内，针石不能治其外，故可移精祝由而已。”“祝”在《说文解字》中，有“祭词”之意，与“念咒”有关。“由”的一种说法认为同“”，义为“祝”，“祝由”二字为叠韵，为具有“疾毒言语轻人”专长者以“善恶之词”之“呪诅”方法为人治病[2]。而据《五十二病方》载，“由”通“尤”，与“疣”“宥”相关，专指疾病，“祝由”就是向鬼神祈祷禳除疣病或创伤等疾病[3]。唐代王冰《素问注》谓“祝由”为“祝说病由”。后世演绎[4]为“祝，告也。由，病之所以出也”，为“解释病因”。《圣济总录》中记载，符禁，乃祝由之法，“禁”即以咒语来限制疾病的发生发展[5]。明代《幼科折衷》一书中，提出“祝由”为道教中的“符咒禳祷[6]”，意指“祝由”并非仅祝其病由而愈其病，还包括其他方法。
2 治疗疾病的原理
道教医学继承了上古时代“祝由”以治病的传统，并形成了比较完善的医用符咒系统[7]。“咒”指有特殊音频效应的口诀，“符”是用朱、墨笔所画的点线合用、字图相兼、以屈曲笔画为主的形象，作为配合“咒”使用的工具。而“禳祷”指祈福消灾的祝祷行为，结合符咒可以治疗疾病，祈福驱鬼，调节情绪，转移患者的注意力，类似于现代的心理治疗。其治疗疾病的原理，可以分为以下几种：, 百拇医药(孙巧思 胡镜清)
