[摘要]近来，口腔显微镜、超声器械和新材料等应用于根管外科领域，给根尖手术带来了巨大的变化，提高了手术的成功率。本文就当前的根尖手术现状、手术器械、手术技术、根尖倒充填材料和引导组织再生术在根尖手术中的应用等临床进展和意义作一综述。

    [Abstract]Enormous progress has been made and the success of treatment has been improved in apical surgery by using the surgical microscopy, ultrasound equipment, and new materials in recent years. The purpose of this article is to review the clinical progress and significance in current concepts, operating equipments, surgical techniques, root-end filling materials, and the application of the guide tissue regeneration in apical surgery.

    根尖外科手术诞生了近半个世纪，但其受手术难度、器械、根尖封闭材料等因素的制约，在相当长的时期内临床应用并不普及。口腔显微镜在临床的普及、超声器械的广泛应用和口腔新材料的问世等，为根尖手术带来了更清晰的手术视野和更便利的操作，扩大了根尖手术的适应证，提高了手术的成功率；相对于传统根尖手术而言 ......
