自制的简易咬合块在口腔临床治疗中的应用

[摘要]目的探讨用自制的简易咬合块对口腔门诊患者治疗时张口舒适度的应用效果。方法将就诊于成都市中西医结合医院口腔科的162例患者随机分为试验组(84例患者)与对照组(78例患者)，在进行口腔治疗时，试验组患者放置医院自制的简易咬合块，对照组患者不放置咬合块。治疗完成后使用问卷调查表，记录两组患者治疗时的张口舒适度。结果试验组患者的张口舒适度明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论简易咬合块有利于增加口腔患者治疗时的张口舒适度。
