[摘要]口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)存在多种发病机制假说，其中精神因素发病机制认为，精神因素可以通过应激轴引起神经免疫反应导致OLP的发生，本文就对精神因素以及神经免疫与OLP的关系等研究进展作一综述。

Neurological im-mune response, which may be caused by mental factors through stress axis, can lead to OLP. This article will re-view studies about the relationship between mental factors, neural immunity and OLP.

    口腔扁平苔藓(oral 1ichen planus，OLP)的病因与发病机制尚无定论，多认为其与局部免疫反应有关。近年来，对精神因素与OLP发病间的联系及其作用机制方面进行了诸多研究，本文将其综述如下。

    1情绪障碍与口腔扁平苔藓的关系

    1.1精神创伤

    精神创伤可以损害人的生理和心理健康，甚至导致精神疾病和躯体疾病；而OLP患者在发病前遭遇过负性生活事件，即存在精神创伤史的比例较大。有学者[1]曾报道：115例OLP患者中有56例有精神创伤史(如失业、亲属死亡、婚姻纠纷等)。徐慧高[2]报道：177例OLP患者中有精神创伤史和脑力劳动者占61.6%。Lundqvist等[3]发现：糜烂型OLP患者在患病前1年内 ......
