具核梭杆菌生物学特性及检测手段的研究进展

[摘要]具核梭杆菌是牙周炎主要致病菌之一，在口腔乃至全身感染性疾病中检出率极高，与临床厌氧菌感染的关系十分密切。具核梭杆菌具有明显的毒力或致病性，可通过多种机制干扰宿主防御能力，引发牙周组织破坏。本文描述了具核梭杆菌的一些重要特性，包括其生物学特征、分类和毒性特征以及主要的生物学检测手段，着重描述了聚合酶链反应技术在具核梭形杆菌检测中的应用。
