    脐带脱垂的护理与临床分析

    目的探讨脐带脱垂的护理与防治措施，降低围产儿死亡率。方法回顾分析2009年2月～2012年2月我院收治的5例脐带脱垂患者，密切观察产程进展，对产时和产后进行护理，分析影响脐带脱垂的因素。结果脐带脱垂的发生率 0.02%，与胎位异常、胎产次、脐带长度有关。结论重视产前检查，加强孕期保健，做好相应的护理措施，可降低脐带脱垂的发生率。

    [ Abstract ]Objective: To investigate the nursing and prevention of umbilical cord prolapse, reduce perinatal mortality.Methods:retrospective analysis of 2009February to 2012February in our hospital were5cases of umbilical cord prolapse patients, close observation of birth process, on intrapartum and postpartum care, analysis of the impact factors of umbilical cord prolapse.Results:the incidence of umbilical cord prolapse in0.02%, and abnormal fetal position, fetal birth time, umbilical cord length.Conclusion :the importance of antenatal examination, strengthening prenatal care, make appropriate care measures, can reduce the incidence of umbilical cord prolapse.
