    经穴体外反搏治疗稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效

    【摘要】目的 探讨经穴体外反搏疗法治疗稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法 选取2014年4—12月河南省安阳市第七人民医院收治的稳定型心绞痛患者资料75例，按随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组1和观察组2，各25例。对照组患者采用西医常规治疗，观察组1患者在对照组基础上联合体外反搏，观察组2在观察组1基础上联合穴位按压刺激，比较3组患者的一般资料、治疗前合并症和中医证型、心绞痛疗效、中医证候总体疗效、心电图疗效、运动平板试验结果。结果 观察组1和观察组2患者的心绞痛疗效均明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)；观察组1和观察组2患者的中医证候总体疗效均明显优于对照组，且观察组2患者的中医证候总体疗效明显优于观察组1，差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)；观察组1和观察组2患者的心电图疗效均明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)；治疗后，观察组1和观察组2患者的总运动时间均明显长于对照组，最大代谢当量均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 经穴体外反搏疗法治疗稳定型心绞痛临床疗效明显，可明显降低中医证候积分。

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint external counterpulsation therapy in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods From December 2014 to April 2014,75 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in Anyang City,Henan Province,province,seventh cases, according to the random number table method is divided into the control group, observation group 1 and observation group 2,25 cases.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group 1 patients in the control group on the basis of combined with external counter pulsation,observation group 1 in the observation group 2 on the basis of combined acupuncture stimulation,compared the 3 groups of patients with general information, treatment of pre merger syndrome and TCM Syndrome type,heart pain efficacy,TCM syndrome, ECG efficacy, exercise treadmill test results.Results The observation group 1 and observation group of 2 patients with angina pectoris were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);observation group 1 and observation group of 2 patients with TCM syndrome total efficacy was significantly better than the control group,the observation group and the TCM syndrome of 2 patients with the overall curative effect is obviously superior to observation group 1,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group 1 and observation group 2 patients ECG curative effect was significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the observation group 1 and observation group total exercise time of 2 patients was significantly longer than the control group, the largest metabolic equivalents were significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint External Counterpulsation clinical curative effect of the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease significantly,can significantly reduce the TCM Syndromes. ......
