    不同人工气道气囊滞留物清除术对重症监护病房呼吸机相关性肺炎患者的影响

    【摘要】目的探讨不同人工气道气囊滞留物清除术对重症监护病房(ICU)呼吸机相关性肺炎的影响。方法选取2013年4月至2014年3月在广东省中山市博爱医院接受呼吸机辅助通气治疗的90例患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组45例，观察组进行滞留物间断持续引流法，对照组在患者血氧饱和度降低或肺部听诊出现痰鸣音时吸除痰液，比较两组患者呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率、机械通气时间及住院时间。结果观察组患者的呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率为6.7%(3/45)，显著低于对照组的40.0%(18/45)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的机械通气时间及住院时间显著短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论呼吸机辅助通气患者进行间断持续引流清除气囊上方的滞留物，可显著降低呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率，促进患者病情迅速康复，临床效果确切。

    Different Artificial Airway Gasbag Retentate Removal Technology on the Influence of ICU Ventilator-associated Pneumonia

    【Abstracts】ObjectiveTo discuss different artificial airway gasbag retentate removal technology on the influence of ICU ventilator-associated pneumonia.MethodsChoose from April 2013 to March 2014 in Zhongshan City,Guangdong Province,Pok Oi Hospital assisted ventilation therapy 90 patients for the study,were randomly divided into observation group and control group 45 cases observed group retentate intermittent continuous drainage method,the control group was removed by suction sputum when blood oxygen saturation in patients with reduced or lung auscultation appear sputum,two groups were compared the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia,mechanical ventilation and hospitalization time.ResultsThe incidence rate of ventilator associated pneumonia of study group was 6.7%(3/45) significantly lower than 40.0%(18/45) ofthe control group,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05);The duration of mechanical ventilation and hospitalization time of study group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).ConclusionVentilator assisted ventilation patients have interrupted continuous drainage clearance above the airway gasbag retentate method which can significantly reduce the incidence of ventilator associated pneumonia,and promote disease rapid recovery,the clinical effect is exact,which is worthy of clinical promotion. ......
