    胰岛素治疗糖尿病患者低血糖发生和经济负担研究

    目的 了解不同类型低血糖对胰岛素治疗糖尿病患者低血糖发生和经济负担研究。方法 问卷调查北京、江苏、黑龙江、四川和云南等5个省份共602例患者过去1个月非重度低血糖、过去1年重度低血糖和过去1个月夜间低血糖的发生情况及各类低血糖事件的费用。数据来源于2012年7月以前。结果 过去1个月215例发生非重度低血糖事件665次，过去1年8例发生重度低血糖事件12次，过去1个月21例发生夜间低血糖事件45次；非重度低血糖人年均总费用最高，为5985.8元，夜间低血糖为3150.9元，重度低血糖最低，为658.1元。结论 低血糖事件在胰岛素治疗患者中较为常见，且给患者带来较大的经济负担，但因低血糖引起的部分医疗服务需求未完全满足。

    【Abstract】Objective To know the incidence of hypoglycemia episode in patients on insulin therapy and its economic burden.Methods The questionnaire survey was performed in Beijing，Jiangsu，Heilongjiang，Sichuan and Yunnan provinces with a total of 602 patients.The incidence of non-severe hypoglycemia in the past month，severe hypoglycemia in the past year，nocturnal hypoglycemia in the past month as well as the cost of all kinds of hypoglycemia event were investigated in the study.The data was before July 2012.Results A total 665 non-severe hypoglycemia events were reported in 215 patients within 1 month.A total 12 severe hypoglycemia events were reported in 8 patients within 1 year.A total 45 nocturnal hypoglycemic events were reported in 21 patients within 1 month.The highest annual per capita cost was non-severe hypoglycemia 5985.8 yuan ......
