    紫外分光光度法测定川射干叶的总黄酮含量※

    目的 建立川射干叶中总黄酮含量测定的方法。方法 采用紫外分光光度法测定川射干叶中总黄酮的含量，以射干苷为对照品，测定波长为 266 nm。结果 射干苷在 0.8244～9.0684 μg/ml范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系，r=0.9998，回收率为99.48%，RSD为1.23%，川射干总黄酮的平均含量为3.42%。结论 该方法操作简便、灵敏、准确、具有良好的重复性和回收率，可作为川射干叶的总黄酮含量测定方法。
