    发展中医药事业要遵循中医药发展规律，加强各级中医医院的中医重点专科建设，充分发挥中医药在治疗慢性疾病中的独特优势，坚持中医中药并重，大力发展道地药材，培养中医药互通型专业技术人才，走中西医结合之路，才能促进中医中药协调发展，提升中医药产业发展水平。

    【Abstract】TCM development must follow the law of development of Chinese medicine，to strengthen at all levels of Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine TCM key subject construction，give full play to the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic diseases in the unique advantages，adhere to equal emphasis on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)，the vigorously development of genuine medicinal materials，Chinese medicine exchange type of professional and technical personnel training，western medicine combined with the road，in order to promote the coordinated development of traditional Chinese medicine，enhance the level of development of Chinese medicine industry.
