    氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片与尼莫地平治疗偏头痛患者的临床效果

    目的 探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片与尼莫地平治疗偏头痛患者的临床效果。方法 选取2014年1月至2015年6月黑龙江省医院神经内科收治的82例偏头痛患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为A组与B组，每组41例。A组患者采用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片进行治疗，B组患者给予尼莫地平片，比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后头痛症状改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果 A组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于B组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后，A组患者的头痛发作次数、疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分均显著低于B组，持续时间明显短于B组，差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片用于治疗偏头痛的疗效显著优于尼莫地平，能够有效改善患者症状，且不良反应较少，是一种相对安全有效的药物。
