    抗氧化剂联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松患者的临床疗效

    目的 探讨抗氧化剂联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松患者的临床疗效。方法 选取2013年1月至2015年1月临汾市骨科医院收治的121例糖尿病性骨质疏松患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(60例)与观察组(61例)。对照组患者肌内注射鲑鱼降钙素注射液，同时口服碳酸钙D3片，观察组患者在对照组基础上采用抗氧化剂硫辛酸进行治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后骨代谢及骨转化情况、血糖及疼痛程度、自我效能量表评分。结果 治疗后，观察组患者的Ⅰ型胶原交联羧基末端肽(CTX-1)明显低于对照组，碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨钙素(BGP)均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)；治疗后，观察组患者的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPBG)及疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)；治疗后，观察组患者的运动效能、摄钙效能评分及总分均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 在抗氧化治疗基础上应用鲑鱼降钙素可有效改善糖尿病性骨质疏松患者骨代谢，减轻疼痛，血糖控制效果理想，是提高临床疗效的重要方法。
