    从五脏论治慢性荨麻疹的中医理论及治法探讨

    摘要荨麻疹是常见的变态反应性皮肤病，病因病机复杂，易于反复发作，临床表现为皮肤黏膜出现一过性局限性水肿，伴有明显瘙痒感。本病在古代称为“瘾疹”“赤白游风”等。近年来中医皮肤科对荨麻疹的诊治积累了丰富的经验，笔者查阅中医古籍中荨麻疹与五脏的关系的论述及现代中医从五脏论治荨麻疹的文献，结合门诊中所见慢性荨麻疹患者临床表现的不同特点，试图对从五脏角度论治慢性荨麻疹的机理及治法进行梳理与探讨。

    Discussion on the TCM Mechanism and Method in Treating Chronic Urticaria from Five Zang-organs

    Abstract Urticaria is a common allergic skin disease which has intricate etiology and pathogenesis，and is easy to recurrent. Clinical manifestations of urticaria manifested as over-localized edema in skin mucosa with obvious itching. Urticaria is refered to “hidden rashes”“red and white wandering wind”in ancient China. In recent years，TCM practitioners have accumulated a wealth of experience in the treatment of chronic urticaria.
