    摘要桡骨远端骨折手法复位是传统中医骨伤科中整复技术的精华，手法复位夹板固定治疗桡骨远端骨折具有浓厚的中医特色，且大多临床疗效确切，至今在临床广泛应用。学习掌握手法复位夹板固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的技艺，是中医骨伤科及岭南骨伤科学术流派学术传承和发展的重要内容。本文总结洪明胜主任关于桡骨远端骨折临床特点、正骨复位、夹板固定等方面独到的见解和临床经验，以期对桡骨远端骨折的临床治疗提供指导。

    Experience of Hong Mingsheng on the Treatment of Distal Radius Fracture Using Manipulative Reduction and Splint Fixation
