    张镜人教授治疗病毒性肝炎的经验

    摘要病毒性肝炎是由肝炎病毒引起的以肝脏损害为主要特征的消化道传染病[1]。张镜人教授对中医治疗病毒性肝炎有着深厚的造诣，认为其病机乃素体脾虚、湿毒内盛、肝脾同病，治疗上以祛湿为要，病变早期以健脾化湿、疏肝利胆为基本治法，晚期则以活血化瘀，软坚消积为主，兼顾清化湿热，疗效颇佳。该文从中医病因病机、治法方药等角度对张教授治疗急性肝炎、慢性肝炎、肝硬化的临床经验进行探讨，并举验案2则，以资赏析。

    Abstract Virus hepatitis，whose main feature is liver damage，is a infectious disease of digestive tract that caused by hepatitis virus. Professor ZHANG Jingren has great attachments on curing virus hepatitis through Chinese traditional medicine，proposing that its pathogenesises are spleen insufficiency of the body，internal damp toxin，and the failure of the liver and spleen.
