摘要“肝郁克脾”是最常见的中医病机之一，此病机涉及中医情志与神志理论的内容。“肝在志为怒”“脾在志为思”，怒志的生成与表达的矛盾是“肝郁克脾”的核心；“肝藏魂”“脾藏意”“魂”与“意”的内涵和功能是“肝郁克脾”的深层原因。在情志病和神志病范畴的“肝郁克脾”证，认知行为疗法有利于消除肝脾的矛盾，进而为“肝郁克脾”证治提供新思路。
