摘要消化性溃疡是临床常见的消化性疾病之一，发病率、复发率均较高。临床上根据消化性溃疡的发病机制、病理特点、临床表现不同，其治疗方案也有所不同，并且中医与现代医学对消化性溃疡的认识及治疗也各有不同。随着中药事业的不断发展，利用现代科学技术的理论、方法和手段对中药复方的药效物质、作用机制以及质量控制进行系统研究，为实现中医药现代化提供了新思路。笔者通过阅读近几年来有关消化性溃疡的相关文献，对消化性溃疡的研究进展作一综述，为消化性溃疡的有效治疗以及相关药物的研究提供参考。
