摘要 目的：探讨针刺配合更年补肾祛瘀汤治疗绝经过渡期肝肾阴虚证的临床疗效。方法：选取160例绝经过渡期肝肾阴虚型证患者作为研究对象，给予针刺联合更年补肾祛瘀汤(自拟方)连续治疗12周，比较患者治疗前、后血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、促卵泡激素(FSH)及促黄体生成素(LH)水平的变化，同时采用国内改良Kupperman法评估其临床疗效。结果：治疗后患者血清E2和P水平均有所升高，血清FSH和LH水平均明显降低，与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后患者Kupperman评分(11.58±5.64)分，明显优于治疗前的(33.18±9.76)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)，总体治疗有效率高达96.25%。结论：针刺配合更年补肾祛瘀汤治疗绝经过渡期肝肾阴虚证的疗效显著，可以有效避免外源性激素引起的不良反应及依赖性。
