摘要目的：探究中西医结合治疗对类风湿性关节炎患者的临床疗效。方法：将140例类风湿性关节炎患者随机分成2组，分别为西药组、结合组。西药组患者给予美洛昔康分散片，结合组患者在西药组的基础上给予自拟补肾祛湿通络汤，连续治疗3周，对2组患者治疗前后的症状体征、McGill疼痛评分、生命质量以及实验室相关指标等方面进行差异性分析。结果：2组患者治疗后症状体征、模拟评分法视覺疼痛(VAS)评分、生命质量以及实验室相关指标等方面均有显著改善(P<0.05)，且结合组的改善程度明显优于西药组(P<0.05)。结论：中西医结合治疗对于改善类风湿性关节炎患者的临床症状具有良好的效果，能够有效治疗类风湿性关节炎。
