摘要 通过系统检索中国学术期刊全文数据库以及PubMed数据库，回顾性分析中药治疗男性骨质疏松症(Male Osteoporosis，MOP)的临床研究现状。在中药治疗MOP的临床研究文献中，使用的上市中成药包括仙灵骨葆胶囊、六味地黄丸、活血通脉胶囊，临床经验方包括密骨片、补肾壮骨冲剂、补肾活血胶囊、骨康胶囊。基于现有文献分析，补益肝肾、益气活血是中药治疗MOP的基本治则，未来临床研究应开展大样本、前瞻性、安慰剂对照的临床试验，同时应更多关注安全性与卫生经济学研究证据。
