加味防己黄芪汤对原发性肾病综合征微炎状态及血管生成素样蛋白3的影响(4)
综上所述,PNS的发生与微炎症水平密切相关,而加味防己黄芪汤可以通过降低其炎性因子水平起作用。但由于本研究样本量相对小,且随访时间不足,在后续进一步的研究中尽可能采用大样本量并增加随访时间,进一步证实加味防己黄芪汤对PNS患者的明确关系及其机制,以指导临床用药。
