妇科千金片联合抗生素对慢性盆腔炎患者血液流变学及免疫功能的影响(1)

     摘要目的：探讨妇科千金片联合抗生素治疗方案对慢性盆腔炎患者血液流变学及免疫功能的影响。方法：选取2016年1月至2018年1月中国人民解放军第一八零医院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者1 175例，完全随机分为观察组(587例)与对照组(588例)，观察组患者给予妇科千金片联合抗生素治疗，对照组患者仅给予抗生素治疗。比较2组患者治疗后的临床疗效、临床症状、血液流变学和免疫学等情况。结果：对照组及观察组的总有效率分别为7568%和9574%，2组差异有统计学意义(P<005)。观察组患者腹痛消失时间及白带恢复正常时间低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<005)。觀察组患者C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原、血浆黏度水平及CD8+水平均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<005)。但观察组患者CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<005)。结论：妇科千金片联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著，可改善血液循环，调节免疫功能。

    Effects of Gynecological Qianjin Tablets Combined with Antibiotics on Hemorheology and Immune Function in Patients with Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

    AbstractObjective：To investigate the influence of Gynecological Qianjin Tablets combined with antibiotics on hemorheology and immune status of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods：A total of 1175 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in The 180th Hospital of PLA from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group (587 cases) and the control group (588 cases).Patients in the observation group were treated with Gynecological Qianjin Tablets combined with antibiotics，while patients in the control group were treated with antibiotics only.The clinical efficacy，clinical symptoms，hemorheology and immune function were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results：The total effective rates were 7568% in the control group and 9574% in the observation group with statistical significance (P<005).The disappearance time of abdominal pain and the recovery time of leucorrhea in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group，with statistically significant difference (P<001).The levels of Creactive protein，fibrinogen，CD8+ and plasma viscosity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，with statistically significant difference (P<001).However，the levels of CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group (P<001).Conclusion：Gynecological Qianjin Tablets combined with antibiotics can improve the curative effect，blood circulation，and adjust immune function in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease，which is worthy of further clinical application.
