摘要 蛇六谷作为清热解毒药，在古代、现代的抗肿瘤治疗中都发挥着积极的作用。通过对近几年相关文献学习，从传统、现代临床用药，现代药理作用机制研究等各方面进行综述，发现蛇六谷对毒热瘀积等各类肿瘤都有着一定的临床效果，对肺癌、胰腺癌、乳腺癌、脑癌等作用效果较为显著。其抗肿瘤机制可能与抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖、增强细胞免疫、细胞毒性或抗氧化活性等方面相关。
