摘要 在中国“脑科学计划”的背景下，基于机器学习和神经影像表征的分类预测研究方兴未艾。针对针灸疗效预测的研究也已经起步，必将成为针灸脑科学研究的重要前沿。本文试从机器学习在神经影像学研究中的应用概况、基于神经影像表征的针灸疗效预测研究现状和未来研究的建议3个方面进行简要评述，以期为基于机器学习与神经影像表征的针灸疗效预测研究提供参考与借鉴。
