摘要 麻黄性温，味辛、微苦。归肺，膀胱经。具有发汗解表，宣肺平喘、解郁，利水消肿等功效。既可治疗表证、咳喘证、情志疾病，又能治疗水肿、黄疸、小儿遗尿泄泻诸证。仲景治疗急、重症，运用麻黄都强调尽快、足量服用，而部分少阴心肾之病则需要慎用麻黄。恰当运用配伍既可减其不良反应，亦可缓麻黄攻伐之力。
