    摘要 目的：探討升阳益胃汤加减对晚期胃癌阳虚湿阻证化疗患者的作用。方法：选取2017年10月至2019年8月中国人民解放军空军军医大学唐都医院收治的晚期胃癌阳虚湿阻证化疗患者86例作为研究对象，采用随机数表法分为对照组(常规化疗)和观察组(常规化疗+升阳益胃汤加减)，每组43例。比较2组患者治疗前后的中医积分及抗肿瘤疗效，肿瘤标志物水平，T淋巴细胞亚群水平及不良反应发生率。结果：2组治疗后主症积分、次症积分、总积分均降低(P0.05)。结论：对晚期胃癌阳虚湿阻证化疗患者实施升阳益胃汤加减治疗可显著减轻患者病情，增强抗肿瘤疗效，降低肿瘤标志物水平，提高机体T淋巴细胞免疫功能且安全性良好。
