    摘要 探讨符为民教授运用健脾柔肝法治疗面肌痉挛的临床经验。收集符为民教授的相关医案，对运用健脾柔肝法治疗面肌痉挛的用药规律和诊疗思路进行总结，并对临床典型案例进行分析。符教授擅长以“精准辨证论治”的核心思想治疗本病，认为病因，以风、痰、血瘀、虚为病理基础，正气虚为本，风、痰、瘀为标，而病机虚实夹杂，本虚标实。以益气健脾，柔肝熄风，舒筋活络，为治疗准则，采用健脾柔肝法对HFS患者进行治疗。所举案例具体展示了上述治疗经验和辨证思路。
