    摘要 总结阿魏的化学成分、药理及毒理作用，为日后进一步开发和利用阿魏提供方向。以“阿魏”“化学成分”“药理”“毒理”“Ferula assafoetida”等为关键词，组合检索2000—2019年在PubMed、NCBI、中文期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库等数据库中有关阿魏的文献并进行整理和分析。阿魏主要化学成分包括倍半萜类(Sesquiterpens)、挥发油类(Essential oil)、香豆素类(Coumarins)、多硫化合物(Sulfur-containing compounds)等，且该药具有抗炎、免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗病毒、降糖、降压、保肝、神经保护等作用。阿魏毒理研究处于起步阶段，目前可参考文献较少，尚未发现严重不良反应。对阿魏化学成分、药理作用的研究已取得一定成果，今后应重点加强阿魏活性成分、作用机制，以及毒理方面的研究。

    Research on the Development of Chemical Components，Pharmacological Activities and Toxicity of Resina Ferulae
