    摘要 目的：探討麻子仁增液汤对便秘型肠易激综合征患者(IBS-C)的临床效果。方法：选取2017年2月至2019年2月海口市第三人民医院收治的IBS-C患者100例作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=49)和观察组(n=51)。对照组采用乳果糖治疗，观察组采用麻子仁增液汤+乳果糖治疗，比较2组临床疗效、中医症候积分、机体肠道菌群微生态变化、生命质量及不良反应。结果：观察组临床总有效率为94.12%，高于对照组的79.59%(P0.05)。结论：麻子仁增液汤对IBS-C患者的治疗效果较好，可调节机体肠道菌群变化，改善微生态环境，提高生命质量。
