    摘要 中医系统整体观是中医理论的基本世界观。代谢综合征(MetS)是一组复杂的多因素聚集出现的严重危及机体健康的临床症候群。目前西医临床治疗多是针对其中的单一因素进行干预，没有多靶点起效的干预措施。本文探讨中医整体观在代谢综合征的病因、病机、辨证、中医治疗等方面的运用，希望为代谢综合征的治疗提供新的治疗思路。
