    摘要 原发免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)是一种以血小板减少为特征的自身免疫性疾病，其发病机制、发病原因目前尚未完全明确。ITP的中医病名为“紫癜病”。陈信义教授团队认为ITP的病机为“脾气亏虚、脾不统血”，拟定健脾益气摄血方，临床上取得良好疗效。并为此开展一系列临床和基础研究证实其免疫调控效果，以期阐明其具体起效机制。文章就陈信义教授在开展国家重点基础研究发展计划(“973”计划)项目临床试验过程中对健脾益气摄血方治疗ITP研究所采用的免疫指标进行概括和讨论。
