    摘要 通过对中医“异病同治”理论的探讨，结合代表性医案，以温胆汤化裁灵活使用祛湿化痰法，深刻理解李坤寅教授对岭南地区常见妇科疾病提出的“异病同治，心肾同调，祛湿化痰贯穿始终”重要学术思想以及临床经验，以供后辈学习。

    Discussion on the Application of the Method of Removing Dampness and Phlegm by Professor LI Kunyin Based on the Theory of “Treating Different Disease with the Same Method”

    Abstract Based on the discussion of the theory of “treating different diseases with the same method” in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)，combined with the representative medical cases，using Wendan Decoction to reduce dampness and phlegm，this paper has a deep understanding of Professor LI Kunyin′s important academic thought and clinical experience of Lingnan area common gynecological diseases，such as “treating different diseases with the same method，heart and kidney homology，moisturizing and phlegm running through the with Wendan Decoction”，in order to learn from future generations.
