    摘要 外陰硬化性苔藓是以外阴瘙痒剧烈难忍为主要临床症状的妇科难治性疾病，近年来发病率逐渐升高，且极易复发，病情缠绵难愈。王秀霞教授是黑龙江中医药大学博士研究生导师，全国第三、四批老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师，从事中医妇科教学、科研及临床工作50余载，擅长诊治妇科疑难杂症，尤其对外阴硬化性苔藓有独到见解。王老临证坚持治病求本和整体与局部兼顾的原则，认为本病当从虚、实两方面论治，内治以补益肝肾、清热利湿、祛风止痒为大法，并自拟白斑1号、白斑2号方进行外阴坐浴，联合胎盘多肽局部封闭、尤靖安外涂、外阴部红光照射等中西医结合治疗，临床疗效显著。本文从病因病机、辨证方法、用药特色、典型案例等方面深度剖析王秀霞教授诊治外阴硬化性苔藓的经验，以为此类患者的治疗提供更多借鉴。
