    摘要 消化系统疾病是临床中常见病、多发病，临床表现纷繁复杂，疾病之间相互关联，严重影响患者生命质量。细胞自噬是维护胃黏膜细胞稳态的重要因素，是导致消化系统疾病发病的重要环节。中医药作为临床防治消化系统疾病的重要干预措施之一，其防治作用及机制成为近年来研究的重要方向。本文通过收集相关文献资料，重点从ULK1蛋白激酶复合体、Vps34-Beclin1和Ⅲ型PI3K复合体、mAtg9、Atg5-Atg12-Atg16连接系统和LC3连接系统中具体信号通路及相关蛋白分析近年来中医药对消化系统疾病细胞自噬的调控的研究现状，以期发现中医药调节自噬对于细胞保护的作用，从而对于中医药防治消化系统疾病提供依据。
