    摘要 白虎加人参汤为清热、益气、生津之主方。现从白虎加人参汤主治及消渴病病机入手，探讨白虎加人参汤治疗消渴病的特点;并通过配伍关系，现代医家应用举隅及其拆方及成方的现代药理研究，阐释白虎加人参汤治疗消渴病的可能作用机制;并通过使用注意指导临床，以期为加强对白虎加人参汤的理解及为消渴病的治疗提供参考。

    A Probe into the Theory of Baihu plus Renshen Decoction in Differential Treatment of Diabetes

    Abstract Baihu plus Renshen Decoction is the main prescription for clearing heat，invigorating qi and invigorating fluid.Starting with using Baihu plus Renshen Decoction as the main treatment and the pathogenesis of diabetes，this paper discusses the characteristics of Baihu plus Renshen Decoction in the treatment of diabetes，and explains the possible mechanism of Baihu plus Renshen Decoction in the treatment of diabetes through the study of compatibility，modern pharmacological studies of modern physicians，and its disassembled prescriptions.And through the precautions of use to guide the clinic，it is hopeful to strengthen the understanding of Baihu plus Renshen Decoction and provide reference for the treatment of diabetes. ......
