    摘要 “氣化学说”基于中医药整体观念和辨证论治认为气化是人体生命活动的本质，气血津液代谢紊乱的关键在于气的功能失常。内分泌代谢病病因病机复杂，病程迁延，而气血津液代谢紊乱是内分泌代谢病的重要病因、其主要病位在肺脾肾，西药往往只能单纯控制指标，还具有不同程度不良反应。从“气化”论治内分泌代谢病注重恢复机体的气化功能，使脏腑调和、阴平阳秘，标本兼顾，以迅速缓解症状、阻止疾病进展、维持指标长期平稳、提高患者生命质量，可用于内分泌代谢病的治疗。五苓散出自《伤寒论》，组方严谨精妙，各司其职，调节脏腑气化，是化气利水的代表方之一，可通过调节人体的气化功能、改善气血津液代谢紊乱治疗内分泌代谢病，结合保肝肾、调免疫、降糖脂、代谢嘌呤等现代研究进展，在内分泌疾病中可广泛应用，临床效果可观。
