    摘要 通过分析慢性肾脏病铁代谢紊乱的特点和李维民教授的临床典型病例，总结归纳慢性肾疾病(CKD)铁代谢紊乱的主要病机为脾肾精亏、肝失疏泄、湿热内蕴以及瘀血阻络。依此辨证论治，为中医药治疗铁代谢紊乱疾病和肾性贫血提供新的有效手段。

    Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment Experience of Disorder of Iron Metabolism in Chronic Kidney Disease

    Abstract By analyzing the characteristics of iron metabolism in chronic kidney disease(CKD)and typical clinical cases of Professor LI Weimin，it is concluded that the main pathogenesis of CKD iron metabolism disorders are spleen and kidney essence deficiency，liver dysfunction，internal accumulation of damp-heat，and blood stasis blocking the collaterals.According to this syndrome differentiation and treatment，traditional Chinese medicine can provide the new effective methods for the treatment of iron metabolism disorders and renal anemia.
