    摘要 鸡矢藤Paederia scandens(Lour.)Merr.为茜草科鸡矢藤属植物，是一种常用的民间药，主要含有环烯醚萜苷、黄酮、挥发油、苯丙素等成分，具有抗炎、镇痛及抗肿瘤等多种药理作用，临床用于治疗癌症疼痛、糖尿病足及胃肠疾病等。本文以“鸡矢藤”“化学成分”“活性”“Paederia scandens”“chemical components”“activity”为关键词，组合查询近年来在Pubmed、Web of Science、中国知网、万方、维普等数据库中的相关文献，对鸡矢藤的化学成分及药理活性进行综述，为今后该药材的深入研究与开发利用提供参考。

    Abstract Paederia scandens (Lour) Merr belongs to genus rubiaceae，and is a common folk medicine.The main chemical components of Paederia scandens are irido--id glycoside，favonoid，volatile oil and phenylpropylene etc.It possesses a lot of pharmacolo--gical effects，such as anti-inflammatory，analgesic and anti-tumor.It is clinically used for the treatment of cancer pain，diabetic foot and gastrointestinal diseases.The word “Paederia scandens”，“ chemical ingredient”，“activity” in Chinese and English are used as key words to combined query relevant literature in Pubmed ......
